Initial phone call
Site Visit
Conversation with the client about his/her needs and expectations for the project.
Determine whether the client has any special needs or chemical sensitivities.
Contract signed by both parties.
Phase II
Take measurements or obtain blueprints.
Select furnishings for reuse. Photograph and measure.
Determine the client’s overall budget.
Create the design concept via mood boards based on the client’s aspirations for the project.
Meet with the client to present conceptual design.
Phase III
For existing construction, schedule a work day for necessary subcontractors to bid out their portion of the work. For example, electrician and painter.
If remodeling, schedule meetings to select: plumbing, flooring, cabinetry, tile and slab, lighting, electronics, and hardware.
Phase IV
Source and design: floor coverings, furniture, fabrics, window coverings, accent lighting, paint color, wall coverings, pillows, art, and accessories as needed.
Presentation via PowerPoint of all products to be used in the design for client approval.
Physical samples of all available items will be presented per room as well.
Finalize all relevant drawings and elevations with the client.
Present the budget of the above for client approval.
Collect the retainer from the client for all purchases.
Place all orders, track, expedite, and confirm delivery to a receiver or the house as indicated.
Meet with the contractor and sub-contractors during work as needed.

Construction cleaning
